Once a sale completed, rating the various aspects of the transactions only takes a few seconds and allows you to evaluate your sales experience.

Logging in to your account is the first step. Select the "Buy" link from your left hand navigation menu and review items in your purchase history for the orange "Leave Feedback button.

If the orange feedback button is unavailable you can always leave feedback by clicking the Actions button and a pop-up menu will appear where you can select the feedback option.

The bottom portion is where you will be able to give a detailed appreciation on 4 aspects of the transaction:

  • Description 
  • Communication 
  • Shipping Time 
  • Shipping Cost 

Your appreciation is based on a scale from 1 to 5 stars.
