Once you have completed a transaction, leaving feedback only takes a few seconds and allows you to evaluate your sales experience via positive, negative or neutral ratings along with a short comment. Feedback can only be left once you have purchased.

Logging in to your account is the first step towards leaving feedback. Select the “Buy” link from your left hand navigation menu and review items in your purchase history for the orange “Leave Feedback” button.

If the orange feedback button is unavailable you can always leave feedback by clicking the Actions button and a pop-up menu will appear where you can select the feedback option.

The top portion of the “Leave Feedback” page recaps the details of the transaction while the middle part allows you to leave a positive, neutral or negative rating plus a short comment. The bottom portion allows you to provide detailed ratings on the purchase.
